Agent Network of the Year
Open to networks built primarily around individual agents, teams or independently branded agency businesses supported through shared central infrastructure, rather than a traditional network of independently operated offices.
What you will be asked
- 01
Agent productivity and performance
Show how the network's agents or teams performed during the eligibility period. Include total member/agent headcount, the number who completed at least one transaction during the period, transaction volume and value, and average or median transactions or GCI per active agent where available. Compare with the previous period and explain any material change. Raw headcount alone will not be treated as evidence of performance. Maximum 500 words.
Max 500 wordsRequired - 02
Agent growth and retention
Outline network growth during the eligibility period. Include member numbers at the start and end of the period, new agents or teams added, departures, retention or churn, the proportion of members who were active producers, and any geographic expansion. Explain how you balance recruitment growth with member quality and retention. Maximum 500 words.
Max 500 wordsRequired - 03
Agent support and development
Describe the training, mentoring, compliance, administration, marketing, technology, lead-generation and other support available to members. Explain how members use these services and provide evidence of measurable outcomes such as participation, productivity uplift, reduced administration time, improved compliance or member satisfaction. Maximum 500 words.
Max 500 wordsRequired - 04
Platform value and economics
Explain the network's fee, commission or membership model and exactly what members receive in return. Provide evidence of the value created for members, such as retained commission, reduced overhead, time savings, access to services, productivity improvement or stronger business profitability. Entries are judged on demonstrated value, not on having the lowest fee. Maximum 500 words.
Max 500 wordsRequired - 05
Consumer and professional outcomes
Explain how the network maintains service quality, professional standards and compliance across its members. Provide relevant evidence where available, such as client satisfaction, reviews, complaint or dispute outcomes, audit or compliance results, service standards, repeat/referral business or other measures of consumer and professional performance. Maximum 500 words.
Max 500 wordsRequired - 06
Innovation and network contribution
Describe the most significant innovation or initiative introduced during the eligibility period and the problem it was designed to solve. Explain the measurable impact on agents, teams or member businesses, and how the network supports collaboration, referrals, knowledge sharing or contribution to the broader profession. Maximum 500 words.
Max 500 wordsRequired

How this category is judged
Agent productivity and performance
Evidence of the productivity and commercial performance of active agents or teams during the judging period. Judges should consider per-agent outcomes and improvement, not raw network headcount alone.
Agent growth and retention
Quality and sustainability of network growth, including new members, retention, churn, active-member participation and geographic expansion.
Agent support and development
The quality, depth and demonstrated impact of training, mentoring, compliance, administration, marketing, technology and other support provided to members.
Platform value and economics
The value created for members relative to the fees, commission structure or other costs of participation, including evidence of efficiency, retained earnings, lower overhead or improved business performance. Lowest cost alone does not determine the score.
Consumer and professional outcomes
Evidence of service quality, professional standards, compliance and consumer outcomes across the network, using relevant measurable indicators where available.
Innovation and network contribution
Innovation in the network model, systems or member proposition and the measurable contribution those initiatives make to members, collaboration and the broader profession.
