How to enter

Nomination first, then your submission.

Your submission is king. The entry you write, and the evidence you attach, is what is judged.

  1. 1

    Start with a nomination

Every journey begins with a nomination. Nominate yourself, or ask a colleague, client or leader to nominate you. Nominations are free and take a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Accept your nomination

The nominee receives a secure invitation link, creates an account and accepts. Only the nominee can complete the submission.

  3. 3

    Choose the right category

Read the published criteria for your category before you write. Most entrants submit in 1-3 categories, each as its own submission.

  4. 4

    Prepare your evidence

Gather the files that prove your claims - results data, case studies, testimonials, imagery. Specific, dated, verifiable evidence carries far more weight than adjectives.

  5. 5

    Write, save and refine

Draft, save and edit as often as you like. Progress and word counts are tracked live. Answer the question asked, with numbers and outcomes.

  6. 6

    Review and submit

Confirm the declaration and submit - entry is free and no membership is required. You'll receive a confirmation number by email.

How we keep judging fair

Your submission is king. The entry you write, and the evidence you attach, is what is judged.

  • Entry is free and no membership is required.
  • Every journey begins with a nomination - you can nominate yourself, or someone else can nominate you.
  • Judging is AI-assisted so the published criteria are applied consistently to every submission, with awards administrators reviewing results before anything is finalised.
  • AI-assisted writing is neither rewarded nor penalised. What matters is substance, demonstrated results, specificity, evidence and verifiability.
  • Material claims may be checked against submitted evidence and independent sources where available.
  • Commercial relationships with Real Estate Today have no influence on judging outcomes. Sponsorship, advertising, partnerships or ticket purchases do not affect an entrant's score or chances of becoming a finalist or winner.
  • Becoming a finalist does not require buying a ticket. Tickets are only for attending the event, and ticket purchase does not influence finalist or winner selection.
  • Sponsors, advertisers, partners, members and ticket buyers receive no scoring advantage.
