Who can enter.
The nomination pathway
Every entry begins with a nomination - self-nominated or nominated by another person. Entry is free and no membership is required. Once a nomination is accepted, only the nominee can complete and submit the entry.
General eligibility
- Individuals or organisations operating in the Australian or New Zealand property industry.
- Evidence and results must relate to the eligibility period stated in each category.
- Nominees must be actively engaged in the industry at the time of judging.
- Claims must be accurate, specific and capable of being substantiated on request.
Country of service
Entries are judged against peers operating in the same market. Cross-market entries must identify the region in which service was delivered.
Category-specific rules
Some categories have additional eligibility rules - minimum GCI, minimum team size, time-in-role, or invitation-only pathways for Hall of Fame. See each category page.
