By entering the Real Estate Today Awards you agree to the entry terms below. These terms are updated each season; please review before submitting.

Entry pathway. Every entry originates from a nomination, whether self-nominated or nominated by another person. Only the nominee may complete and submit the entry.

Fees. Entry is free of charge. No entry fee, membership or purchase of any kind is required to enter, to be shortlisted, or to win.

Ownership. You retain ownership of your submission. You grant RET Awards a non-exclusive licence to publish extracts for awards purposes.

Accuracy and evidence. All information provided must be accurate. Material claims may be checked against submitted evidence and independent sources where available, and entrants may be asked to substantiate any claim.

Judging. Judging is AI-assisted, applying each category's published criteria consistently to every submission, and is reviewed by awards administrators before outcomes are confirmed. AI-assisted writing is neither rewarded nor penalised. Judging decisions are final. RET Awards may reallocate, split or withdraw categories.

Commercial independence. Commercial relationships with Real Estate Today have no influence on judging outcomes. Sponsorship, advertising, partnerships or ticket purchases do not affect an entrant's score or chances of becoming a finalist or winner. Becoming a finalist does not require buying a ticket; tickets are only for attending the event.

Conduct. RET Awards may disqualify entries at any time for breach of these terms or applicable law.
