Your submission is king: a nomination opens the door, and the entry itself is what is judged, on substance, demonstrated results, specificity and evidence.

Independence: Commercial relationships with Real Estate Today have no influence on judging outcomes. Sponsorship, advertising, partnerships or ticket purchases do not affect an entrant's score or chances of becoming a finalist or winner.
