Every RET Awards journey begins with a nomination. Nominate someone brilliant - or nominate yourself. We'll invite the nominee to complete their own submission. Entry is free and no membership is required.

Your submission is king: a nomination opens the door, and the entry itself is what is judged, on substance, demonstrated results, specificity and evidence.

Independence: Commercial relationships with Real Estate Today have no influence on judging outcomes. Sponsorship, advertising, partnerships or ticket purchases do not affect an entrant's score or chances of becoming a finalist or winner.

Select the market this nomination represents. Where the category allows it, choose Australia and New Zealand so one submission covers both countries.

Your selected market determines which awards field your submission will be assessed within. Australian entries compete within Australia, and New Zealand entries compete within New Zealand. If the nominee genuinely operates across both countries, for example a network, proptech business or coach with an Australian and a New Zealand presence, choose Australia and New Zealand. One submission is then assessed in both markets and can be named a finalist in either or both, so there is no need to enter twice.
