Recognising the individual who leads operational performance across a real estate network, multi-office group or centrally supported group of real estate businesses.
Eligibility

Open to individuals with operational leadership responsibility extending beyond a single office. A network may comprise independently operated offices or businesses connected through a common brand, licence, franchise, membership or platform. A group may comprise multiple offices, business units or related real estate businesses operating under common ownership, executive leadership or central corporate control. Single-office administration or operations roles should enter Office Administrator of the Year.

State the number of offices, businesses, business units, teams or member operations within their remit, the functions they lead, the people or departments they oversee, and the geographic scope of their responsibility.
