Open to organisations demonstrating an integrated approach to workplace culture, employee wellbeing, recruitment, retention, development and engagement, with clear evidence of measurable workforce outcomes.

    Describe the organisation's approach to culture, wellbeing, recruitment, retention, development and engagement, and how these connect. Include the size of the workforce covered. Maximum 500 words.

    Provide measurable results for the eligibility period, such as staff turnover, engagement survey scores, internal promotions, training hours, absenteeism or recruitment time to fill. Compare with the previous period. Maximum 500 words.
